Delivery & Returns
Cash On Delivery:
Linear Healthcare facilitates its customers with cash on delivery across Pakistan as COD is an easy, and secure, and most reliable method to pay for your online shopping. We offer cash on delivery all over Pakistan. You can buy your favorite products online and pay at the time of receiving your parcel. As per COD terms and conditions, the courier company will only allow you to open the package after the payment. Please do not receive the parcel if it is damaged or opened.
Delivery Time & Charges:
We currently offer Free Standard Shipping if your order is over Rs. 1500/. Order value less than Rs. 1500, a standard shipping fee of Rs.150 will be applied. Shipping usually takes only 3-4 working days.
Order Tracking:
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email with the invoice number. You can track your order by using that invoice number. If you need assistance, please call at our customer support or email us at support@linear.pk.
Exchange, Return and Refund:
Any product may be returned within 15 days of purchase if the packing is not opened. If you have opened the packing and are not satisfied with it, please our customer support and the customer care agent will guide you accordingly, you can return your product/s by following options.
1. You can directly return your product/s directly to Linear Pharma, Shop No LG-7, Asian Business Centre, Bahria Town Phase-7 Entrance Main GT Road, Rawalpindi. Once we receive your products, we will return your amount to your Bank Account / Easy Paisa / Jazz Cash.
2. Our partner courier will pick it up from your delivery address. Once we receive your products at Linear Healthcare, We will deduct Rs 150 from your order amount and return the rest to your Bank Account / Easy Paisa / Jazz Cash. If you suspect your product has been tampered with, please be sure to keep the original product and product packaging if possible. We’ll provide instructions on how to send the product back.
3. If you purchased Linear Healthcare products online on another website, please follow the instruction on that site for returns and refunds.
4. If you purchased Linear Healthcare products at one of our retailer partners, please return the item to that store according to their return and refund policy.
